For now I have to close them in order to focus on more personal projects and life issues but this doesn't rule out reopening in the future  

Also, my husband and I will be traveling to All-Con in Dallas this year as part of our group SAD Entertainment. Featuring the popular panels "Wheatley Explains It All" and "Improve and Anime" as well as the all new "Wheatley Explains It All: After Dark!" We'll also be selling artwork, small on-the-spot pencil commissions, and autographing any autograph-able item (including the artwork if you'd like ) So come by and say "Hi!" to us.

Hey guys! Long time no see!! 

As you may have noticed I recently put up a chart with commission info. This may come off a strange being that I was away for so long but because of...certain events in life I'm in need of some extra income to help pay bills/rent/student loans etc. And (hopefully!) that's where you guys come in!

This will greatly help me with bills/rent/etc.! So if this goes well and the 5 slots do fill up, as soon as I'm finished I will definitely re-open them.

The post has prices and some general information on it ( Commission Info ) and, again, if there are any questions, just ask! I can pretty much depict any fandom, not just Hetalia!

*Note I will be adding some holiday themed prints to my society6 shop (nothing fandom, but more design related) but I'm considering a Redbubble account for the anime/fandom stuff I will be doing. Should I do this? Let me know!

Not a whole lot there yet but I'm eager to fill it up!

God, it's been over 6 months since I've done anything here. A lot has happened in that short amount of time though. You know that I had to take a retail job when I was let go from the magazine position. Not that all retail work is bad, but not when it makes you feel like less of a person. I seriously doubted my talents for a long time and had no desire or drive to do the one thing that makes me happy. It was one of the lowest points in my life. 

But there were a few things that kept me going. I can't thank the universe enough for my fiancé. He was the one that kept me from falling into a total funk and encouraged me to keep going, that I would make it through this. And wouldn't you know it...

I received a call from the newspaper I interned for last year. They were looking for a new graphics person since the girl working then was moving on to a new job and they offered me an interview. Needless to say I got the job! I have been with them now for 3 months and hope to be there for much longer.

With this new job I now have my weekends back (YAY!) and I'm looking to get back into the habit of drawing once a day. I won't promise anything new soon but I have a new Tumblr in the works where I'll post just my doodles and any finished work (in addition to here). Once it's up I'll announce here as well as my main blog so please feel free to drop on by

To close, I'd to say thank you to all my new followers and all the favs from when I was away. I'm happy to know that people still like what I do. It's badly needed encouragement.

Hello everyone, how are all of you? I figured I should show that I have not abandoned this account, just that real life has taken a less-than-pleasant turn and so my enthusiasm to post new work has waned considerably (and tumblr...it shares A LOT of blame here). To start, I had gotten a wonderful graphic design job for a local start-up magazine...that lasted 3 weeks. Long story short, they let me go because I was unable to keep up with the workload but they love my designs so I'm working for them in a reduced capacity doing freelance. Which in itself is great but is unreliable as a steady income. So it forced me into retail work which I'll be starting next week. This leaves very little room for commissions so that is on hiatus for the time being.
