Ok guys I need some help. For the 100talia challenge group I need some more ideas. I've got a list started (and already submitted my first entry) but it's severely lacking. I'm trying to get some good historical/non-military costumes in there as well as stuff that's not just vocational outfits (think janitor or bus driver) And a few fantastic things wouldn't hurt either ;) But I'm open to all ideas!

I'll add more to the list as I go but for now, here's what I got (some things may need explaining which I will be more than happy to :))

Update 5/15/12: Decided to add some Fem!America after realizing I had some good ideas and I needed something to fill up my list

Heads up: you've got 1960's Hippy twice. ;)
How about fireman/firefighter whatever you call it? :iconhurrhurrplz: I simply had to.
Perhaps something Disney inspired - Walt Disney was American, right? :?
You could do a Halloween outfit; I've heard it's a huge deal in the States.
Ooh! Astronaut! I know you've got Space Cowboy, but something to do with the moon landing and the Apollo program would be cool.
In case you hadn't guessed, this is all guesswork - I'm British. :XD: And I'll calm down now.

....good god you're right :iconheaddeskplz: Don't know how or why I did that ^^;

I do have Disney Hero down for one of the guises, like one of the princes or other male leads (and yes Disney was American ^^) We do like Halloween here, lol. Apparently we need something to celebrate in October :D I could do the outfit Himeruya put him in (the hockey masked chainsaw wielder)..... :hmm:

As for firefighter and astronaut, I'd considered them, and I'll probably end up doing them, but in my feeble attempts to be different I was hoping to do less vocations and I guess more "costumes" you'd call them? Lol, I just like making things harder for myself I guess :D

Lol it's okay I appreciate it! And thanks for the ideas

I've seen that pic before :D It's one of my favs, although I don't think any of the outfits are ones I'll be doing. It's great inspiration though XD

To be honest when I first joined the group this was one of the pics I was thinking of XD

By the way, the reference to Alfie the Hamster (as my readers seem to call him now)...you'd be better off giving them the title of the reference rather than the number, since I repeat the numbers ;) Or, send them to the Charlie the Hamster lineart.

Ok, so the title of the piece should be "Alfie the Hamster"? I try not to put the numbers as titles, just in the description so people know which one on the list it is. Or should I not do that either? And I was gonna put the link for Charlie the Hamster too :)

Oooh! sounds cool. I just compiled a list in my brain and will proceed to dump it at you.

Hippy
Rave-er (not sure about the word)

(Going with the theme^) Southern Lady
King of Spades: [link]

I'm sure I'll think of something else later, also.

Thanks for the suggestions :) I'm still debating on the Nyotalia since I'd like to focus more on male America. But I have a lot to go so you never know. I like Hippy though, would be a good challenging one (wanna avoid the whole drug part of the culture, for sure)

Anything you can think of would be a great help :)
